What? Foreign account for remittance its literally on their website maybe they didn't understand you ask about the Foreign Currency account for sending fees to your uni they will know about it surely

Yes contact your bank they will contact the intermediate bank and ask them to correct the info and then forward the money to scotia

Yes i was able to send the money through my foreign account in meezan bank and recieve GIC

your IBAN is your scotia account number i think if its not then it must be the transition number

Hi Bro, thanks for suggesting the option I have reached out to nri services of ICICI Bank to correct the information and they have resent the wire transfer.... keeping fingers crossed...hope to get the wire transfer accepted this time..
