Open workpermit for Spouse

Hi,

My spouse is in Canada, We both went as an Visitor she got a job offer in Canada and now she applied for an Workpermit and its in process. I came back to India. Can you please suggest if i want to apply for an open workpermit what are the required forms to submit to the Canadian embassy and what are the chances of getting an open workpermit to me. She falls under NOC B category.
