Open work permit

My wife has ICT visa (closed work permit) and i have open work permit. Can i travel before her?

Anybody has information or experience with my case?

No. IRCC clearly says you can't go before your spouse. Remember you are dependent on your spouse and hence not possible. Go to CIC website and search with your query and you will have more detailed answer.

I have a job offer based on open work permit. Now, my spouse travel is delayed. What should I do to travel to Canada?

This is not allowed as you are dependent on your wife. Both technically and logically. So, wait until your wife can travel and you both enter at the same time. You can't stay too while she's away. Check with your wife's employer as they would have quoted the same somewhere in their policies.

Your dependents can’t arrive in Canada before you. They must arrive with you or after you.
