How long is it it taking to process the open work permits now? ( PR application sent in at same time as Open work permit under Live-In caregiver program). Is it taking longer then 7 months as it says on the CIC site? Once you get the Open permit can you go get any job you want while you still wait for PR?
 
As per the CIC website, 10-11 months.
