Hi this is madhu from India , I am working as a cook in Edmonton in Canada,

My question is I am plan to apply for PR in Canada, when I calculate my points for PR , I got only 306 points , now I am not qualify for PR , my wife working in India as a software engineer so I will bring my wife to Canada on open work permit ,


I am confusing with wife eligible for apply PR or not, she is holding masters degree, is it possible open work permit person can become primary applicant and I want be dependent,


Pls give me some suggestion
