Hello,
I am currently in Toronto,ON with a open working permit. I have 2 questions -

1. I have an option to work for a US company remotely as a independent contractor. What are my options to legally work for them? Do i need to form my own company or have some kind of a company in between to handle taxes?
2. Can I also work full-time for another company based out of Canada. I will be able to manage my contract work in the evening after my full-time work once I am home. Is there any legalities that i need to watch out for here?
