@legalfalcon Does IRCC always accept additional documents via Webcom (SOPW extension) or does it vary depending on the case?

If you are asked for any additional document, IRCC can allow yo to upload it from your MyCIC account, if there is no option to upload, then you will have to send it via webform.

IRCC didnt request anything. In my case, I forgot to submit my letter of employment and pay slips so my spouse could get her SOWP extended and I sent them via Webcom along with a LOE.

That is fine too. Webform is used to submit any documents, communicate with IRCC or to know the status of the application!

I submitted my application, but then I realized I wasn't positive how recent my uploaded digital photo was. I have another digital photo that I am 100% certain is within last 6 months . Is it ok to provide it via web form ? How important is the recency of the digital photo for this type of application? This wasn't a requirement for the photo when I was initially uploading the document. All of the requirements were to do with sizing, format etc

No need to upload new photo as the 6 month requirement is generally for the PR applicants , not for work permit

Any time you submit a photo, it should not be more than 6 months old. However, for WP applications the photo requirement is not stringent as it is not used to issue you any ID card. You can surely send an updated photo via webform.

Why would we get restoration fee back?

I applied on 1st Feb along with restoration. No updates yet.
WP expired- October 2020
VO- Edmonton (OWP)

if you applied to convert to visitor earlier and it was pending/approved before the OWP.

Hey guys i have some questions regarding IMM5710e ! As i am applying for extension
1. Will my UCI number remain same as i have on my current open work permit or should i leave it blank.
2. I do not know what to select for question number 3 in the form (i am applying for one or more of the following)
3. What type of work permit i will be applying for as it ask me to select at the end of the form.
Any Help will be appreciated.
