Open work permit Under Public Policy Timelines

OWP Applied on Feb 10th. PGWP expired on oct 6th, applied for visitor visa on oct 10.
OWP and Visitor approved on March 1st,
Anyone know how long it takes for the work permit to be delivered?

for me it took 10 days. (approved on Feb 22 and received it today)

Hi there,

My PGWP and TRV both expiring on May 24, 2021.I have applied for CEC - Sep 03,2020 AOR Please advice which is the best option to choose from:

1) - BOWP under express entry application

2) - Open work permit new public policy that took effect from 27 January,2021

Please note I was outside Canada on annual leave from work from Jan 11, 2021 to Feb 19, 2021. The policy states you should be in Canada on 27 January, 2021 when policy took in effect. But I was away for few weeks and then returned back on 19 Feb.

My case:
- PGWP expired: Jan5, 2021.
- Applied Visitor Record: Dec 5, 2020
- Applied OWP public policy: Jan 28,2021
- Approved OWP + VR : Feb 24, 2021
- Receive OWP + VR : March 3, 2021
1. Did you guys receive the refund from CIC?
2. I have the question from my case: when I apply owp under public policy, i write my pgwp expired date and they show me $455 that I need to pay. So I confused that can I receive the refund 100$ + $200 (restoration fee) ? ( because I implied status when I apply owp)

Applied on 9 Feb, Got refused today . Submitted letter explaining applying for this owp under new policy few days later through web form. In refusal they said no proper documentation

It is from VO Edmonton. I talked with IRCC, said reapply because letter needs to be uploaded with all documents.

CIC associate confirmed twice that my file looks good and there are no additional requests from the officer for documents as of now.
