For Open Work permit application.
The IMM 5409 - Statutory Declaration
The IMM 5476 - Use of representative
My questions are:
1. This two forms are not applicable to me because i am married and i didnt use any representative. Is that ok if i dont send this forms and just simply put NA on the checklist IMM5556.?
2. This open work permit application, this one will be included with inland spouse application? and send all together as one application and send to
CPC-Mississauga

1. You do not need IMM5409 because you are married, you do not need IMM5476 if you don't use a representative. You do not need to include them in the application or put NA on the checklist.
2. Yes.
Be sure to pay the full amount of $255 for the OWP, which includes the new `Permit Holder' fee ($100).
Many people forget the additional fee and have had their OWP returned. Don't be one of them.

Do i have to provide employment offer and lmia exemption from employer for Inland spousal work permit - I am applying with new spousal PR application and check list do not have ( if applicable )
-Offer of Employment to a Foreign National Exempt from a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) IMM 5802 with proof of payment by the employer (receipt number). Your employer should provide it to you.

My spouse is on post-graduation work permit now she is working full time . do her employer have to fill any forms for her.

The work permit the applicant recieves during the inland sponsorship process is an
open work permit. It can be used to work pretty much anywhere and no forms from an employer are needed.
Hi,
We applied for the in canada common-law sponsorship and sent the open work permit at the same time. This on Feb 10th 2016. No news or status received so far...My common-law is Mexican but is living in Canada for now 2 years with consecutive 1 year student/work visa.... I am natural born canadian.
Would anyone know what is the processing time we should expect for the open work permit to be received?

Since it's an open work permit under common law - you are looking around 4 months.
