hello all, I received my nomination yesterday. I understand that post ITA we are required to get the medicals done(along with other requirements). However, do we get explicit instructions from CIS post ITA to get medicals done, or it has to be done upfront by the candidate soon after receiving ITA?

Guys, just a quick question do I still need to upload proof of work experience documents for my fiancé who I included in my application as my dependent even if I didn't claim points for him? He can provide a certificate of employment and pay stubs but the letter of employment including all the duties and responsibilities might be hard to get from his immediate supervisor. Kindly advice. Thanks so much in advance!

No. The dependent's work experience doesn't count unless it was gained in Canada. Keep it out of the work history section and mention it only in the personal history section.

Express entry profile expired last month and they asked me to create a new profile and send them the details which I did.
200+ days since AOR and still no nomination.
could you please guide me as to what I can do\who I can contact etc. They barely seem to be responding to emails offlate. The wait is just getting frustrating now.

We are in the same boat... Application sent July 2015... Revised draft sent Nov 4th 2015... AOR + Additional Docs sent- March 31st 2016.... No nomination yet... sad

There are so many from November still waiting. They have started issuing nominations so I guess it is only a matter of time now. Good luck and all the very best. Wish you a speedy nomination!
