Here's an optimistic question: don't you think that the fact that we are sending almost the same documents after receiving ITA that we did for provincial nomination raises our chances? I mean, if the province checked and verified all the docs, does it make sense to be as harsh as in case of first time applicants?
Finally moved from 'OOPNP - Acknowledgement Received' forum to this. Got nominated yesterday.
Just wanted to know...is it possible/feasible to take medical appointment now when i am still waiting for ITA. Don't want to waste any time in filing my application.

I suggest against taking a medical appointment so early on. I suggest you to do medicals as late as possible because it'll give you plenty of landing time.

@Raj I tried using paper clips, but the DHL guys said it could cause custom/security issue.
Therefore I had to use staples for my resume and other docs.
Please confirm with the courier service if they are OK with paper clips in the package.
I was going through the CIC website for upfront medical requirement. Its says "The applicant must include the immigration medical examination (IME) number in their e-APR." But while going through other forums, the penal physicians are providing UMI number (IME: Non EDE).
Just wanted to know if the two are same or thr is some other procedure to get IME number.

You'll be doing an upfront medical exam. You just need to take your PP (for other things like photos, you can check with your DMP). You don't need any other CIC form or number to undergo your medical exam.
