BTW - received ADR yesterday for payslips, proof of income between 2014 and 2015 and tax paid from 2012 to 2015.

After I received the ECA request From the OINP, I did the needful through WES website and i sent an E-mail to ExpressEntry@ontario.ca to inform them about that. But since that, I didn't receive any feedback. ( 06/12/2016)

Is it normal?

When I sent my ECA to OINP, I didn't received any feedback. but my case might be different because it was a pre-emptive move. They did not send me an ECA request prior to that. but I assume that it si normal. I believe also that it depends on your case officer. some do send acknowledgement letter, some don't.
