This is the request:

1. Updated proof of settlement funds
· Copies of 6 months of your most recent bank statements showing savings. Please note the bank statements must demonstrate a personal account standing/final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO (CAD$22,603 for 4 family members) AND include your name and account balance. Funds must be unencumbered and readily available, and cannot be locked for an unspecified period of time.

· Note: If you have any large deposits in your bank account (s) and the funds were a gift, please submit a letter of explanation from the donor, proof of transfer such as transmittance forms and corresponding bank statements from the remitter.



2. Additional proof of work experience

· Copy of your employment contract

· Copies of your pay stubs for the period March 2015 – June 2016

· Copies of your bank statements for the period March 2015 – June 2016 showing ongoing employment income

· Copy of Income Tax Returns for 2015-2016 showing remuneration paid by employer



3. Any additional proof of blood relation in Canada from your cousin.

Many many people got similar request.
1. Proof of fund - they want to check if you still have them
2. Work experience - they are checking if you have been normaly employed and paid. (if you dont have all documents put on what you have with explanation of missing ones)
3. Ties to Ontario - looks to me like they want to check your family tree (that your cousin si really related to you). Just state that tie and thats it.

what I know so far about steps after:
1. you get nomination on your EE account
2. you accept the nomination
3. you get 600 points like in 24 hours after accepting it (account update)
4. you make sure that as the account is set up now you have all supportive documents for whatever you claim as education or work experience (and languages of course)
5. you wait until the next draw
6. you will get ITA from next draw (unless it is PNP excluded draw)
7. your account get frozen (it will no longer expire but you cannot correct any mistakes anymore).
8. some other options shall be activated and you will start uploading documents to each section (1 PDF per section and not bigger than 4mb, so you need to prepare those).
9. you finish uploading all (application forms, documents, medical, photos) documents. there should be some kind of activation button where you will forward all those documents. that way you will apply on federal level
10. wait for AOR on federal level
11. somewhere after they can call you, ask additional documents or reject you or just forward you to next step.
12. If all is ok they will request you to send your passports to the visa Office for COPR phase.
13. you get your passports back.
14. you can start packing and ordering flight tickets.

ok, concerning proof of fund, should we explain only gift deed giving within the last 6 months ar all of them? I mean, on the first bank statement I had a gift deed, but the second one (when they will ask for a new recent one) will be clean without gift, should I explain the old one too?

If you have exlained the old one, then all you need to do is proove that you still have that Money ready. that is all (for your peace, you can forward them all documents scans again, but they should have them already).

yes you can create account after getting the TEF tests done. You can even create it now, if you have your English tests done and then add French later and even swap it as your first language, which can trigger Ontario PT (it was tested by a different applicant).
However nobody can tell how long will this stream stay opened (so far it was opened since EE PNP of Ontario was created).
What can be seen that only small amount of applicants in the system are French speakers. And even smaller amount from them fullfill the other Ontario condition, so the income there is rather small.

It depends on your case and a bit on your visa Office. average si somewhere between 3 and 6 months. Some very lucky made it in less time and some unlucky needed even 9 months to complete.
