should I print the empty Form and fill it the old way with a Pen , or it must be filled digitally then printed and finally signed ?

you can do it both ways (either fill it on computer or print out empty and then fill with pen). However you will have to add something using pen (all empty cells must contain N/A). In some cases where numerical answer is awaited, this will not be allowed and also some fields remain hidden until you will see your application before printing out).

As long as you have official results per mail where also number of your certificate is stated you can put them in your EE. I know that it takes some time to get paper version of the certificate itself. Just be aware that Ontario is rather fast with PT, so your time will be running. and for application itself you will need copy of that paper version of certificate.

I got real results from the French institutes where I was doing the test. But that was still not certificate itself. That one followed app. 1 month later (yes they were somewhat slow.).

Maybe I misunderstood. I thought that he/she hasn't taken the TEF yet and is going to do it some time this month. Hence my question was how was it possible to have preliminary results now in order to start the application . my bad!

It's a national holiday (New Year's Day observance) today, so offices are closed, as the automated message told you. Call again tomorrow during office hours.

In the process on filling my eAPR, I have all my travel history that is in my old passport. The current one is brand new and empty.

is it necessary to upload my old passeport and old visas ? if yes, should I upload it with the LOE or with my new passport under "passport/travel document section" ?
