Having gone to the whole process days ago... I just want to share with you friends...
When you receive ITA, you will accept it of course, and then proceed...
You will have to fill again some information as follows:
Supporting Documents for Primary Applicant
Details Document Name Instructions Options
Not Provided Employment Records 1 (required) instructions Upload file
Not Provided Employment Records 2 (required) instructions Upload file
Not Provided Employment Records 3 (required) instructions Upload file
Do you know if they if they will make a request for a work record done more than 15 years ago?
I have worked at three places and the third one is exactly 15 years ago. I am not sure if I will be able to reach somebody at that company that worked there the same time as I did or get that letter( it is a small company and I am not sure if the are still in operation). in addition I worked there for a year and as a technician, not an engineer.

Me too.
Let's share our experiences then!

This is an interesting link to gather all the documents required for your e-APR (Post ITA)

If you have stated that "Work Experience", for sure you will have to provide am evidence on letterhead...
It's better that you have everything ready at hand and upload it on CIC website... rather that CIC request you at a later stage... and this may delay your application...
If you want, you can remove the 3rd one... to avoid any blocking point...
Hi Morice,
concerning the photo: how did you do this? I mean: is it ok to take a scan of a passport photo and a scan of the back of a photo with date, name, birth date, name photographer?
what do you think?

I just use my digital camera and took a picture with a white background then upload the picture to epassportphoto[dot]com/ then select Canadian Visa format (3.5x4.5). then cropping then photo will result into the required CIC format and size (420x540) FOR ABOUT 150 KB

If you have a passport photo with you... just scan it... then you attach it...
be careful, the scan photo must be in jpg format...
Personal and Travelling history is only for last 10 years or since you went 18. So no need to bother with anything before. Education will be uploaded from EE anyway.
If you find anything not clear attach that info in LOE - explanation, in that section there will also go that schedule 4 for PNP nominees with certificate. thats all.
Doctor needs just number of your EE profile to upload medicals. But you can print whole ITA if you want.
For others in waiting, we are here to help with questions if we can as you can see they work on file by file to get things done. if you see you wait too long try to contact them to check upon file.

Hi Vensak,
Thanks for being so helpful to everyone. do you have any idea what makes OINP process 1 dossier faster than the other?

1. surely if there is everything complete and they dont have to ask for anything, then they can process faster. (they do not have to wait for your answers).
2. Also people who reported that they made additional effort either to visit Ontario or to visit some major event got it faster (but it is understandable that not everyone can do this).
3. And it seems they take now French stream faster (we are not that many and they have separate French quota).
+1 is the rating you can give to other people (if you click on good option on the left side of their post, it is +1 if you click on poor it is -1).

I think you can still mention this experience and justify why you can't get any documentation about it in the letter of explanation.
