I just verified the statement now. It might be on the statement in the field customer name (where the bank name is written in abbreviation, along with some numbers/code...).
Nop. I definitely don't have it on mine. Will write "VOID" on a blank check and attach it to the statements.

This info is on my checks. I could always attach a blank check with an explanation? I hope that's Okay.
You don't have to worry about that as they will ask for recent bank statement to know if the money is still there before you get nominated or you might get ADR.
May be senior/experienced people can advise.

One thing, for those who got ITA through Ontario PNP, will the federal government/IRCC review your file in the same way as Ontario did in reviewing everything such as Education, Work Experience, etc... or will they only review Police Certificate and Medicals because Ontario had already worked say, 80% on your file? This is the case for Québec but don't know for those who got ITA through PNP.
Let me try to answer you Elrud... Today I have had my medical exams... hopefully, everything is OK...
I have finalized everything on CIC website and make the payment. Got the receipt... Now another wait begins...
Yes, IRCC will review our file again briefly... to check if everything which we have put on the CIC website correspond to what we have submit... and also check the medical report as well as the police certificates...
But personally, I think they will take less time, because they know that through PNP, the documents have already been verified once...
I will advise you all to start looking for your
POLICE CERTIFICATES in every country you have stayed for more than 6 months...

Hey Morice,
Did you get your medical exam done before submitting e-APR and receiving AOR?
Or do you have to wait for a request for medical exam then you can go ahead and make appointment for medical exam?
I've seen people in the Human Capital stream getting their medical exam even before receiving their ITA!
That's a bit confusing
Also, people from France and the US are exempted from sending their passport for visa, all were going to receive is the COPR letter, is this correct?

Hi damocle,
For now i have just check their website http://www.peo.on.ca/
But I know it is possible to start the procedure while CIC is pocessing your immigration file. This is a good option to take to gain some time.
My issue is that the require a translation of your degrees if they are not in English. Mine are in French ;D
Hello Damocles,

Engineering is a regulated profession in Canada. For the PR process, it is not mandatory to be registered. But once in Canada, if you want to be working as a professional engineer, you need to be registered with regulatory body in the province you intend to practice.
You may be allowed to perform some entry level engineering job under the umbrella of a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) but you cannot refer to yourself as a professional engineer nor sign off projects that can affect the general population. This is even more serious if you are a civil engineer. So you might find, once there, some entry level and if lucky a good one when your work will not affect the general population. But the best jobs will be out of your reach if you haven't got the P.Eng. designation. The sad thing is that they do not recognize your foreign experience. and the registration process can also be tedious as they also do not trust your foreign qualification. You might have to sit on some exams after they evaluate your application(called technical exams). You have to ask your University, like WES requested, a transcript with the detail description of every subjects. some time it may be shorter to obtain a canadian M.eng than sit on those exam. If you University member of the Washington convention, you might be exampt of extra exams and only write two related to engineering ethics and Professional Practice Exam (PPE). Even Canadian graduate will write those. PEO stands for Professional Engineers Ontario . Check their website. http://www.peo.on.ca/

Are you also an engineer? I hope this help and we can exchange tips.
By the way, according to statistics , only less than 1% of engineers with P.Eng do not get a job in the first year of registration.

emmn1003, They do not accept passport as a mean of identification and you can only apply from within Canada as far as I know. Can you elaborate on that possibility?

LOL. Actually, I like to imagine that she's a lady (yeah! I'm sexist

). And she's back with a nice glowing tan, sitting in a stuffy OINP office. And it's damn freezing cold outside ;D

Many thanks Damocles for explanation, its look quite difficult but I will check the process unless I'll get some progress on my application, still not received AOR, so I am still so far.
I asked you about PEO because I petroleum Eng and I don't know if I need this Licence in perspective of job offer in my branch.
Thanks again

Julientran...
According to my checklist... I have to conduct Medical Exams and submit proof of exams... You can perform Upfront Medical Exams... Just tell the clinic you are an Express Entry Candidate with Nomination and Invitation to Apply (ITA)...
Upon going to the clinic, they will give you an acknowledgement letter containing your UMI number... You just have to scan that, and upload it on CIC...
Don't wait for CIC to send you the request... you will wait for long... for nothing... do the Upfront Medical Exams...
I don't know about passport yet... but I have to upload the biodata pages of my passport on CIC...
Hope that helps...
quick question - what if you submit your PR application and get AOR and then months later your IELTS and TEF scores expire. Does this mean you have to redo the tests?

If your IELTS or TEF expired... for sure you will have to take the test again and get the required scores...
Note that these results are valid for 2 years... so a good planning is indeed needed...
