I did one thing that maybe helped. I went in person to an event called Destination Canada. Part of application for that event was to send out your Resume and your EE profile number. I have also stated there that I am in process with Ontario (at that time still without any AOR). On the event itself I talked with Ontario representatives and put down my resume and mail again for something called thetis. So I guess that might have helped and spared me from phone call.

Yes the event was nice, also in my case I was more like walking around stands rather than following most presentations (connections on the spot were more important than info about system, as that info I can still find later on internet).
I have also avoided ECA ADR because my ECA was from ICAS which is the only one where Ontario does not ask for additional copy from institute.

Good luck to all of you and congrats for getting so far in the process
Sorry for changing the topic.
I am far behind you. Entered the EE recently and just received the letter of interest from Ontario.
Like all of you, I intend to apply under the French speaking skilled worker stream
Problem : I will fail to submit the documents within the 45 days deadline.
Does anyone know if I am completely screwed for the French speaking skilled worker stream ? If i update my EE profile or delete it and then recreate it later on, is it possible to receive again a notification of interest from Ontario (as long as I am above 400pts) or you can only receive one?
I am very stressed right now. If anyone has an answer, it would be very much appreciated.
I am not sure I understand what is going on here. I see that some of you got nominations based on their language capabilities (congrats btw). How can I proceed to get a nomination? I believe I have good scores in both english and french language tests.
Try to switch your language from English to French, or narrow your selection from all provinces to Ontario only. They may trigger your selection for the French stream.
Your French CBL must be at least 7 on all section. It doesn't matter if your CRS is low.
Good luck

Thanks for the reply Julien. French is already set as my first language, and I have maximum CBLs in all sections but writing where I have 8. I also have the required language skills in english. I have not chosen all territories but only ontario alberta and BC.
However, my wife did take any language test, do you think it's because of that?

I highly doubt her language tests matter. I'm not certain how they select candidates but you may have to wait a few more days, I've seen people waiting up to a month before receiving an NOI.
I would just create a new account if it takes more than a month.
