My birth certificate is in hindi (issued by municipality)and my name is also not mentioned in it, only parents name is written with DOB.

What can be done if i want to apply for OINP?

Situation 1 can be tackled by translating it by a certified translator.

Situation 2 appears strange as to not having your name on your birth certificate. You could hava perfectly logical reason for this, but that has to be explained to the assessing officer. Do you mind telling on why your name was not mentioned?

Not having name on BC is quite common, don't have on mine either. You should contact the municipality and they will be able to make one for you. Apparently, there are agents who can cut thru the clutter and get this done very quickly.

any one have any suggestions on writing the letter of intent to reside in ontario?

I have been in Ontario for close to 8 years now and went to University here and have friends here, gained my experience here - I am not sure what else to add.

1) Some information on the knowledge you've acquired in the Ontario job market in your field of endeavor and why you have the best chance to succeed in the Province

2) The fact that you have had the opportunity to contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of the Province via paying taxes, engaging in community activities through your University social group, and doing your part to add to the diversity of the most culturally rich Province in Canada

3) The way you have observed how the Ontario government of Ontario has taken crucial steps in order to ensure that Ontario is at the forefront of infrastructure development, environmental responsibility and is at the forefront of keeping Ontario on track to take advantage of unique economic opportunities that arise in the future.

All of these are reasons why you want to stay in Ontario.

Currently I am filling OOPNP Application form. What should I write in Section 3: Have you submitted any application to any other PNP program? Yes/No. If yes, what should I mention in that? Should I write "International Skilled Worker - Saskatchewan Express Entry Category"?

Please help...

In Ontario Nominee application form, Section H. Family Information: It's written in the 3rd line that "you must include your spouse or common law partner ....", what does it mean, can we not apply alone (declaring true information that I am married but not including wife in this application) ?

Q 2.
If being married we can apply OINP alone, can we later change EE profile to include spouse (ofcourse provided EE score remains more than 400).

Why this questions: Because my spouse passport is not ready untill next 20 days, and I need to send OINP application before that !

Dear all, please help me. In my EE profile 1 year experience of my spouse is not mentioned as we do not claim any point for it, and in further visa application we also don't intend to show it in work history, though we were advised to show it in the personal history section to avoid any misrepresentation. But do I need to mention it now in the OINP application- while applying for the nomination? I ask because we don't have any reference letters for her employment.
