Hello every one,if my score is more then 400points in pool table,can i still apply for Ontario pnp any time of the year
I mean to say if Ontario is close still I can apply any time of the year, and I don't need to wait until it will open again coz my crs is more then 400 in cic pool,and that's how I can get more crs,is that true..?

No.
You cannot apply to Ontario PNP until you receive a PT Letter from Ontario (an invitation to apply to OINP). You will only receive this PT Letter if your CRS is 400+. But OINP is not issuing PT letters because their PN program is currently closed.

I got told of that if my crs is 400+,I don't need to wait for reopen Ontario PNP is that true..?
Or I can only apply if ontario is open?

No, that's not true; whoever told you that is wrong.
You cannot apply until you receive a PT letter from Ontario, and you will not receive a PT letter until Ontario opens again.

Istari, do you know if there are any guidelines/indications as to when Ontario will open again?

No dear, I don't have any idea,I think write now BC and Saskatchewan is open.

Ontario has indicated that they expect to be back in business by November, but that's not 100% certain.

OP doesn't qualify for either.
As I've said, PEI and NB are the only options.
