For people who received NOI for tech draw around late July, what is your status now?

I received NOI on 29th July (Tech Draw). Submitted my file on 6th August. As of now status is same. How about you?

I submitted this Saturday. Status shows submitted. What is a typical timeline for OINP looks like?

Submitted -> Assessment -> Decision In Progress -> Approved

I also submitted mine this Saturday, status is Submitted. They are nominating within a month, let's hope we receive our nominations soon.

As per their website, it usually takes 60-90 days. Is it that all tech draw candidates are getting nomination within one month?

No, its for all streams. Some people who received NOI on June 3rd under priority occupations draw got nominated within 2-3 weeks of submission but their score was around 470. Maybe they are nominating people with high scores sooner so that they accept the nomination before receiving the ITA.

My score is 465. My birthday is on 15th August. Score then will be 460. OINP nominated candidates with CRS 463-477 on 29th July. Do you think my score going down would have any impact on OINP outcome?

No, OINP doesn't consider change in CRS due to age after you have received NOI. Once you receive NOI and apply, even if your score changes due to age, your application will be processed like any other and if approved, 600 points will be added to your EE profile.

My score is 465. My birthday is on 15th August. Score then will be 460. OINP nominated candidates with CRS 463-477 on 29th July. Do you think my score going down would have any impact on OINP outcome?

Nope. It doesnt affect your application. I was on 475 when I received the NOI on June 3rd and the eligibility range was 471-500. My score dropped to 470 3 weeks later but you can still submit your application and will be considered.

Didn’t have any document request, but i am no longer working in trades since last 11 months. And I didn’t have any paystubs for last six months for my last trade job. Didn’t expect to get nominated.
