I’m still waiting for the nomination (still DIP), but I’ve received an ITA today. What should I do?
Can I get a refund from OINP? Or I’ll get nominated once I don’t need it anymore lol?
Congratulation!!! You are able people who get invitation from both sides. By the way, you’d better to submit the application with higher point of oinp nomination. There should be assessment in the federal process, so higher point is safer and guaranteed to be approved. It is my private opinion.

Please proceed with your ITA and forget the nomination.
You decided to apply for nomination so you could get an ITA, but luckily for you, you have gotten the ITA so please just proceed with the nomination.
About the application fee, i am not sure you will be refunded because it is stated on their website that they wont refund you if your application is already being processed, however there is no harm in withdrawing the application just to see if you will be refunded.
