Hi, any news about international students job offer stream?

Nothing. When does federal government give the number of nomination to ontario? If it is received, Ontario may open the stream. Do you know ontario amended some in job offer stream? Consultation period until March 2nd. Some said the stream may open after March 2nd. By the way, I hope to open it next week.

1. Are the photo specifications the same as that for canada visa or passport
2. Is it fine to upload digital copy of the photo or do we need to scan the physical copy and upload in the OINP portal

Yes it is as per ircc guidelines.
And you can upload soft copy.
