Actually, it was a tech draw. We don’t know the cut off yet. Every one I saw has above 460 pts

How do you know that it was a Tech draw?

I just got the invite. NOC 2173, CRS 472. But I have a question. If I don't accept/reject it yet, I'll still be in the express entry pool right? I am actually planning to wait for a couple of draws(since this OINP can wait for 45 days) and If I don't receive an ITA, I'll probably go for OINP.

Yes, you will still be in the pool if you reject the invite.

I think if you ignore it past the cut off date for accepting (45 days I think), then it automatically gets rejected. However, you will still remain in the pool irrespective of whether you reject, accept or completely ignore the NOI.

Because either way you'll get ita, just 3 weeks ago crs was 469! Now cut off 473, but it'll definitely go lower but not as low as 455 and even 465. So honestly it's so frustrating that they do this for smn who will get it anyway but not for smn who did the same thing but has 5 points less. Congratulations

Missed by 1 point waiting at 459 NOC 2172.... now by the time they come up with second round of tech draw score might go up again. I was hoping this draw to happen in Feb after second federal draw of 2020. Wait continues now

Ontario will surely send around 3500-4000 in 2020 for tech nocs and I am guessing there will be 4 draws of 900-1000 each.. so there can be 3 more draws..
I am sitting at 456, hoping for an invite in next draw ..
