Guys does qualifying under the targeted human capital priories stream mean you qualify for the general too? 0124 was invited under targeted* but not sure about general...

I also would like to know if someone here has received the NOI for today´s French-speaking draw.
I'm worried because I didn't receive the NOI, but I believe I qualify for all criterias (qualify for FSW, 444 CRS, French CLB 7, English CLB 9, selected interest in Ontario province)... I just don´t know what additional criteria they are using...
