Application submitted arounf 24th Jan are moving to assessment now

I submitted only on 13-March. In that scenario, I guess I will have to wait till may to get it in the assessment stage.

Ontario is really slow in processing applications, other provinces like Alberta or NS are way faster, yet cheaper.

Ontario is the only province which consistently invites outlanders with zero connection to Canada so you can't really complain.

They are not inviting candidates with scores above 467 right now, this will likely change if an all programs draw happens as max cutoff for OINP draws is dependent on it.

I know it's frustrating, but a person with 476 score should wait for the FSW, which IRCC will conduct sooner or later.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a recent Tech draw yesterday and issued targeted notifications of interest to candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.

The OINP targeted candidates with a comprehensive ranking system score between 456 and 467 and work experience in the NOC codes noted in the program update below. OINP issues a number of 528 invitations to the eligible candidates.

The OINP will target candidates with work experience in the following NOC codes:

• 0213 Computer and information systems managers
• 2147 Computer engineers
• 2172 Database analysts and data administrators
• 2173 Software engineers and designers
• 2174 Computer programmer and interactive media developers
• 2175 Web designers and developers

Your application may be refused if you don’t demonstrate work experience in one of the eligible NOC codes.

Hi,
Just received my nomination today from Ontario OINP in the In Demand Skills Pilot Stream, NOK 7611 Employer Specific, submitting my Permanent Residence and Work Permit application tomorrow, any idea of my chances and how long the processing time would be, would the work permit be issued quickly as I have a job offer ?

yes, I got NOI on13th april tech draw
I've applied by 4th of May and Status changed to assessement by 27th May

1. Can I do Medical’s in Mumbai before hand or do we need ircc ITA letter at the medical centre?

2. Anyone know process for police certificate for Mumbai location?

1. You're not required to go for upfront medicals as per the recent update by CIC. Submit Letter of explanation and wait for CIC to send you the medicals request.

2. Check PSK website.
