By the way, we don’t know how many distributed NOIs remains for nominations. Last NOI issue was Tech draw in Aug and Job offer stream open in Sep/23. Timeline wise they may almost have nominations because three month past. I don’t think that there are many issued NOI for 514 nominations. Do they have to issue new NOIs?

They are releasing Nominations for applications submitted 24th and 25thAug.
And Applications are submitted upto 30thSep.

Oh thanks for the point. I don’t count application due date. So, the absorption of the draw in Aug/15 will be in the end of Nov. hopefully. In addition, there were NOI draws in the end of November last year even though the nomination target were met already. Let’s see. Crossing the fingers.

Please, does anyone know how long does nomination last/ for how long it is valid?
Can you keep it in your express entry profile for some period or it is neccessary that you "use it right away" for express entry draw?

For better understanding, my IELTS is valid till end of march, I may be able to receive NOI --> complete all administration -> receive OINP nomination by that time. On the other hand, I do not think I will manage to alse receive ITA and submit it on time before IELTS expires...

Does it makes scence to complete OINP (with "old" IELTS results),keep it in EE profile if it is possible, and later on provide new IELTS results in EE profile.

Yes, mail your HR Business Partner with an attached template - and clearly mention you need it for Immigration purposes. This worked for me.

Hi, I'm working for IBM and reached the Immigration Partner asking if they could fill the OINP Employer form. They stated they don't fill any form for immigration purposes.
I was wondering if I talked to wrong person so I ask you: do you know if IBM help in the matter of filling the OINP form? Could you share your experience?

Big companies may not provide employer form for immigration through job offer stream. I asked Bombardier Aerospace the form through HR, my manager and Union Rep. But same response that company policy doesn’t support this. Just reference for you.

I think the procedure is:
Once Nomination is received.
this has to be accepted.
600 points added in the profile.
then ITA comes in the draw.
To be checked....

same for me..30-60 days is average processing time is what they told me in the email.

Yea, that's the problem with the consultants. OINP requires you to include individuals' personal email ID and that's how I insisted my consultant to share the credentials with me as they were using my personal information. Had they used their email ID, they probably wouldn't have. Push your consultant to do that and ensure that you wouldn't fiddle with the profile, that may convince them to share the profile details with you.
