I've just got NOI from Ontario.
CRS 369
I have job offer without LMIA, no French skills, NOC 2171.

Anyone else got NOI today?

Hi, I also got NOI on 9/AUG. I am also under similar condition but CRS 387.
Question is which OINP HCP stream should I apply?
HCP has 2 options: FSW or CEC

Did you apply for jobs first and once you received offer you got NOI?

It's the same option for EE. Are you FSW or CEC in EE?

Hi Mate, you need to wait for NOI from OINP. You can't apply without it.

Thanks for the reply. But then in that case what is a PNP program which can be applied through EE as well as non EE.
Beisdes that is NOI and ITA the same ?

Eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria for the PNP is different based on whether you apply through the paper-based (non-Express Entry streams) or Express Entry (Express Entry streams) process.

If you are applying through the paper-based process

• You must meet the minimum requirements of one of the province or territory’s non-Express Entry streams.
• You must be nominated under that stream.

If you are applying through Express Entry

• You must meet the minimum requirements of a province or territory’s Express Entry PNP stream.
• You must be nominated under that stream.
• You must create an Express Entry profile and show that you meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry, including the requirements of one of the immigration programs it covers.
• Use our online tool, Come to Canada, to see if you may be eligible.

I met both FSW and CEC criteria.

So maybe is better go with CEC because I think you don’t need to prove funds. I am not sure about that, because I am FSW.

Hi, When did you create your profile? I created my profile on March 7th 2018, I also have 419 points in EE and have a job offer in Ontario in NOC 2171 but didn't receive NOI??

My profile was created on June 23. But March 7th is fine, you should have received.

Is your information on your EE profile updated? Did you answer Yes when asked about the job offer?
