Please help me guys in creating my EE for Ontario:
CRS: 407 soon will be 402 for my birthday.
Education: Pharmacist NOC 3131 Regulated Profession ++points than Bachelor degree
Experience: NOC 6221 for the past 5 years!
NOW,
1. Can I create my EE profile with 6221 as a NOC and claim my education points as a pharmacist (ECA done), although both are NOT related to each other?
2. During the assessment process, I might get refused due to unrelated education/work? is that a final decision or can I apply again by giving up my education?

1. Can I create my EE profile with 6221 as a NOC and claim my education points as a pharmacist (ECA done), although both are NOT related to each other? Yes you can claim points for Professional degree (If ECA is from PEBC), NOC do not required to be according to your degree.
2. During the assessment process, I might get refused due to unrelated education/work? is that a final decision or can I apply again by giving up my education? You will not get refused due to unrelated work experience. You can claim your Pharmacy degree and your sales experience.
Can I mention this in my LOE stating that since the 2 companies are merged now, I got a single reference letter rather than the 2 reference letters I used for OID nomination?

Hello,
I have to apply for UAE - PCC from India.I will submit my PCC application through a friend located in Dubai.I have heard that some people receive only a Soft Copy and no hard copy.
Anybody who has gone through this experience may please advise me if a SOFT COPY is accepted by IRCC for Canadian Immigration and how much time does it take after submitting the application through a friend.
