Yes. But it is easier. You can get it in 2 hours if you go in person...

For US you donot get any proof, and only option is to show the Courier receipt. We will know only when your envelope is opened and your card is charged and it take 10-12 weeks...
For Qatar.. Yes we can submit a receipt

cool..but just check if you need to apply for US PCC after ITA or before, since you are in US only (if i have read it correctly)

I have applied it around 10 weeks back and expecting it anytime....

I call them to check which week's envelops they are processing currently... Also if your Credit card is charged, you know it.

Last week when I called them I was lagging behind by around 10 days...

Last week ..i.e 17-Aug, they were processing applications from 1st week of June.
