I received a OINP on May 27th, I haven't registered for it yet as I am collecting all the documents but today I got a ITA from IRCC. My CRS is 469, I wanted to know what is the best approach here. How important is OINP now when I got the ITA given that OINP is additional $1500 or so.
Please advice.

You don't need OINP with that score. Apply directly to CIC.

Based on recent trends, tomorrow (if your update is actioned on time) or next Friday. You need to recreate your profile if it's more than 2 weeks old.

"recreate your profile" - does that mean to create a new express entry profile?

Hi,

Even I had a similar issue. I missed their NOI last year but I did get my NOI in May 2017 again. My IELTS had expired and hence I made a new profile in May 2017 and they sent me NOI. I didn't make a new GC Key. My NOC code is same as your wife. So may be u can create a new profile again. My CRS score is 408.

Yes. You need to withdraw your existing express entry profile and recreate.

OINP is still under assessment,
this morning got ITA from EE profile...
does this mean my OINP nomination is not important anymore...???

Short answer - Yes
Long answer - The ultimate goal is to get ITA. If you can achieve that without a PNP nomination then yes, the PNP nomination is not required.

There has been no news on their website about pausing the HCP stream.

I think they won't "suspend the program" without informing us through their website. But some members have reported that they can no longer sign in to the One key e-filing portal. So may be there's a maintenance and upgrade glitch that need to be sorted out before new applications can be accepted.

I am currently in US. I am trying to get Birth Certificate from the Indian Consulate, which is now issued through miscellaneous service.
Will it work for the Canadian immigration?

I just gave them copy of online statements of my bank account in US. They had my name, account number. I guess, they are looking for that.
They are particular about job duties and work duration including hours. In my case, all of my experience letter had work hours.
I think, they want to make sure someone doesn't claim part time work as full time and exact job duties for NOC match.
Don't request WES as yet, wait until they actually ask you to do so.

When in doubt, look at the application guide. It is has all details. I didn't even read it and was in a hurry to submit all documents.
I would have saved some had i read the guide before registering on their web site.
