Dear Team,
Kindly help with my query.
I have received a OINP through IRCC. I have the minimum CLB requirement of CLB 7 in all the modules.
however my wife's IELTS score in writing is 5.5 which translates to CLB 6.
OINP minimum requirements for applications is CLB in all modules is 7.
please confirm if this is applicable to dependent applicants also .
what is the minimum CLB requirement for dependent spouse?

I also had the same case. And confirmed from OINP on email that CLB 7 is only for primary applicant requirement.

My situation is that I have received Ontario Notification of Interest without my spouse. My spouse and child are not accompanying me. Now if I go to Canada without my family, how long will it take to call/sponsor them after getting permanent residence?

100% online. The ECA duplicate is only needed for main applicant. Actually for spouse even you are not required to attach the ECA.

Mine for 8 days, but i guess if they don't request any document or anything else, i guess should be fine.

OINP makes decision and then they starts compiling nominations. Usually, all of these nominations will be distributed on same days as for others. I guess they will start distributing nominations between 2nd June and 10th June.

can anyone pls tell me the processing time for ontario PNP... after status assesment.. how much time does it take to get approved if there are no queries? After approval how much time does it take for adding 600 points and subsequently getting ITA?

My OINP application was just approved today, Master Graduates stream:

Applied: May 5
Assessment: May 10
DIP: May 22
Approved: May 26

I have bee waiting three years to apply, last year it closed the day after I got my IELTS. This year did not make it in February but got lucky for my last chance. I wish the best of luck to everyone waiting. I have been waiting for three years.

How long does it take them to send out the letter? Would anyone have an idea?
