Now do I need to take any other action or nothing is required from my end till NOI is received.

You dont need the number... You should land on a page where you choose which stream to apply after clicking "submit online application" from "apply online" page. You probably are not loading the latest webpages due to your browser's caches. The website was not update correctly that it asked for enrollment number and pin. Later they fixed the issue.

All caches cleared and used 3 different browsers the login page load for ages but foes to either 503 error or another one key login page. Its ridiculous

cleared cache, enabled developer tools and disabled cache as you directed but now it is saying we are experiencing some technical difficulties
