NOI received 6 hours ago. But says to directly contact the province. I think that will be done through the online portal but the website is down due to system issues. Best of luck to everyone and hopefully this is the start of our journey.

exactly!!! that is why I am hesitant to re-create at this point..damn i assumed this would be fixed, else I would created last week...

I created my profile on 21st with score of 433, haven't got NOI. If profile date plays a role then everyone who created their profile recently should be selected

I am not sure. No IDs are there on the letter, it makes me consfused how to proceed further. Have to sit and read the guide thoroughly before proceeding further.
