Hello Deepti,

Can you advise as my CRS score is 408 and my EOI application has been filed with NOC 2173. I have no province nomination yet though I wanted to apply for Ontario and others where I could get some luck

Not sure if there is any separate process for Ontario as I get to know OINP is closed for the moment is that true ?? Kindly help.

Hi Nishant,

Correct. OINP has currently stopped sending nominations, hence you haven't received NOI yet. Regarding other provinces, I don't have much idea.

I have submitted oinp on 4 july and its in DIP and not approved yet. But i am moving to US this week on H1b so there's change in my employer and address, do i need to inform OINP as my status is not approved yet. If yes, then how can I communicate them. Please advise.

You can as long as your spouse is accompanying you. You could also explain this in LOE.

You must ask your bank to inform in a letter that the primary applicant has access to this funds.
I will explain myself. if your wife is the primary applicant and the account is at your name, she must have access to those funds. If she doesn't already has it, then you must ask your bank officer. Probably you'll have to sign some documents giving authorization for her to sign and withdraw funds in your account. After that, the bank won't have any problem writing in a letter that she has access to those funds.

Edit: As @eyts said, it'll be good to explain it as well in a LoE, along with anything else that you think could be confusing for the visa officer.
