I have a question on the PNP.

Do I need employer support for the PNP? My employer will not provide any information or support for my PR.

Can I go through the PNP without my employers support?

I am above 400 for more than a year. I have 428 points before 19-Nov and 478 after 19-Nov. Never received OINP before .. not sure why I never received an OINP. I have a bachelors degree and 3 years CEC now.

As we are all anticipating OINP to open sometimes soon, either in the remaining days of 2016 or sometimes in 2017 - I propose we all get together here, chat, discuss, share updates, predict and then share good news... once PT notifications would start coming through.

Not with this IELTS.
Minimum IELTS requirement for OINP is CLB7 each.

with 478 you will get invited soon. Nothing to worry about, no need for OINP.

Their basic requirement of Minimum 400+ will remain same or they will decrease it to10-15 points (like 385-390). Because the decrease in LMIA points(50 points now eralier 600 for most of occupations) will surely decrease down the CRS cutoff of upcoming draws to 430-440 points. give your views guys over this
