What is your hisband noc? I was planning to ask my employer for pnp but right now im just reading about it and ask opinion to anyone who had experience. Did your husband take ielts?
Yeah i read about that theres no need for language exams for the nomination but when your approved and your going to apply for pr at cic you will need your language score. I just check it to the cic checklist and its needed. Did you know anyone had experience Appllying already at cic after approval. Thx
;D ;D
Well I applied PNP (without Job-offer Under International Master's graduate Stream) in Oct first week, got File number in Oct third week but unfortunately fourth week they met the quota for PNP applications for 2014.
So it will consider towards this year(2015),no update after that ,no docs requested ,still waiting for their response..
Good Luck to everyone who's applying PNP this year and who's waiting PNP certificate .
I am sorry, I am not sure if this is the right thread to ask my question but I couldn't locate the right thread.
I received my Ontario Provincial Nominee Certificate on April 17th 2015 and now I am planning to submit my PR application to CIC. Can someone point me to the group which can provide information around how to get my PR file ready?
I am particularly confused about police certificate. I am confused if we have to get police certificate beforehand and submit it along with the application or is it something that has to be produced if and when requested by the visa office.
where did you read that? i do not know anybody who did it. But my lawyer, and an other immigration agency told us this OPNP is the only programme what does not need language exam.
I did not read it sandra. when you have a checklist for pr application in cic it is one of the requirments. Its on the pr application package checklist. If you have email i can send you the checklist.
Hi I need some urgent help hopefully someone may know what I can do next.
My company applied for the Ontario PNP pre-screen approval in January, they got the acknowledgement of receipt however my company has now been told it will take another 6-8 weeks for them to process the pre-screen approval.
My current visa expires in October so there is no way I will have a PNP letter by then as I have not even sent off my part of the application.
Does anyone know if there is any options for me to continue working for my company? My company is not willing to do an LMIA and it would be too late for that anyway.
OINP is totally employer based, if they dont cooperate it will not work. What I understand is it is your manager who has to support u before anybody. I work for bank too, although I havent asked my manager to support me for OINP, but my fear is it will happen to me same as yours. I would like to contact u and talk to u in detail.
