My representative submitted my application on 23 April, then i got the notice of registration email about enrolment number and PIN but i couldn't see any numbers indicated.
There's only " Your enrolment number is ."
I tried to email them but they still not reply. Anyone got the same problem?

I also applied for OINP as a student with job offer. You said that that certificate of nomination says that it is nod valid for EE. But on the OINP website you can find information regarding "what to do after you receive nomination" and it says that you can apply online through EE.
So, you decided to apply through paper-based application?
I don't know. Maybe certificate has different number which is invalid for EE. Maybe it would go through.
My application is still in decision in progress so if approved and when I finally get the instructions, I'll see if there is explanation why it's not valid for EE.

As I think that my current employer may not be willing to do so, I'm trying to find new job.

Does anyone have any idea when it will be opened?
My problem is that I finished college in Ontario in August 2017 and my two years will be August 2019..
I'm so scared, because I don't know if it's going to reopen before August 2019 or not ?
I haven't applied yet.

Amanpreet k: Unless it specifically says in the instructions you got in the mail that you have to report any changes with your contract, you should be good.

Once you get your PR, How long do you need to live in Ontario and how long do you have to work for that specific employer?
Do you think TD bank will be willing to help me with this process?
I don't have my PR yet so I'm unsure of how to answer your question - In regards to TD, I believe they will be able to assist you with your application. It would be good to sit down with your HR manager and ask them for assistance.

Yes, my certificate says it is not eligible for express entry so I believe I have to apply for permanent residence under the provincial nomination stream - through the paper system. Did you you do differently?
