I recently got a job offer with one of the stream's NOC, but it doesnt meet the median wage, so i cannot go for job offer stream.
I believe i am still eligible for human capital stream and i have a few questions...
Does it require I have to work in the NOC of the stream for 1 year or my work experience can be any other NOC that qualifies for CEC and I only need to have some sort of experience with human capital stream NOC?
Also do i need to apply with human capital's NOC to get invited or just listing it as one of the work experience is enough?

at least one year of cumulative paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work) in Canada in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the NOC
Your work experience must have been:
obtained within the last three years from the date of submitting your application to the OINP
in one or more of the occupations that you identified in your Express Entry profile
in Canada while maintaining legal status in Canada
Cumulative means:
the work you’ve done must add up to one year – it does not have to be one year of continuous work

My current noc is 1111 but when i sign the offer, i will likely change to 2161 in my profile. In my current role, i was emplyed for 8 months but in my previous role (1113) i was employed for 18 months but in QUebec. I see for the last draw, there was 2161. My current score is 467.

Quebec is a dumpster fire as immigration program go. I would stay away. Too many bad experiences on this forum with extremely long processing times and canceled applications. Just my two cents.
