I have been invited to apply for Ontario PNP and qualify for both streams (French is my native language and have maximum marks at TEF, spent last 15 years abroad and English is my working language, IELTS 7, got 429 points in EE profile). Any information about each of the two streams is easier for the purpose of obtaining the provincial nomination, or have a higher quota available at this point in time? I am preparing to send the application file next week
Thanks in advance

From what I've observed from the French Speaking Stream applicants to OINP, they haven't really received any special treatment so far, in terms of processing speeds. But if I were you, since you already have TEF and IELTS, I'd go for that one.
I believe the 2700 quota for OINP's EE streams is shared between HCPS and FSS. They did not release any sub-quotas for each.
