Ontario Drivers Licence??

Can I apply for an Ontario Drivers Licence (I didnt drive in the UK) with my British Passport and Visitors Record or do I have to have PR??

No. You don't need to be a PR to apply for a driver's license. I got mine with my passport and I think I used the study permit. It was 2 years ago so I don't remember but you can apply for it even without PR status.

I've had my Ontario DL for a couple of years and I still don't have PR.

Nope get the handbook study it go write your licence.Bring your passport and any other picture ID you have.
