Yes I provided Alberta address, I could have provided Toronto address - I asked and he said it's your wish what address you want your PR cards to be mailed to.
I will be applying for SIN tomorrow....I will open Bank Acc. and apply for Health card when I move in Sep.

Having a date stamped on back of the photo is an IMPLIED and DEFAULT thing especially when it comes to IMMIGRATION AND PASSPORT applications. Yes you might want to send them a new set of 4 photos with dates on them, it might be in the best interest of yours.
No I wouldn't recommend writing the date by Hand. You know what take chances with anything but not here in your immigration process. It might cost you lot of time.
There are many photographers who take the immigration pictures and have the date stamp with them. Check them out.
But ya one thing, we are all here just to discuss what we or all have done or doing with respect our process. You don't necessarily have to do or follow what others say.
Thanks for your input. That was quick with your case. Is it the general thing, i mean does NY usually take the same duration to send the passports back?
I am asking this as I have to plan my trip next month. What do you think I should expect from NY? 15 days or 20 days (Business days)

I did my medical in Nov.2010 and still expecting to hear from Buffalo.
Please can the Elders advice me on how to notify Buffalo about a change of Passport.
My country issued me a new passport that has a new number different from the one earlier submitted to Buffalo.
I think we all who are waiting for PPR from NY should be receiving ours very soon within a week or so. Its better we get ready with the photos stuff.
I have a question, Does anyone know how long does NY office take to return the passports with visa? I have to travel overseas next month and for that I need to make arrangement ahead of time. Considering I receive my PPR this coming week or by the end of next week, how long do you think it will take for NY office to send the passport back. I am unable to decide as to when to book my flight ticket.
All NY guys, I emailed NYC office, they said they sent the instructions out by post on March 8th. I haven't received it in the mail yet, but I would say it will arrive this week. Hope it's PPR. Will keep you post.

Did you send status specific enquiry and on which date did you send it?
When did you pay your RPRF.
