Currently the CJIS division is taking 8-11 weeks to to return the results. At this moment expedite service is not available, however they are working on outsourcing expedite service in the near future to facilitate expedited response by an FBI-approved Channeler. I got some questions for you , hope you don't mind, what document was needed for the enrollment of your daughter? . Hope you can share your experience. Thanks
Urgent, need your input. My H1B renewal was approved last year and my employer only received one copy of I797A. It states in the form that "The petitioner should keep the upper portion of this notice. The lower portion should be given to the worker."
When I come back using AVR, is the bottom portion of I797A good enough, or a xero copy of I797A will work?
can some one tell me that if there is any timeline to send the AINP Status Upsate form (one which we get with AINP Nomination ) after we have landed in canada. And I have came back to USA after landing and I am going to move to calgary for good in few months. but wht address should we put in status update form one of canada or usa. any answer will be appericiated....
For any question, you may email US CBP via their website. But you may receive the reply several days later.
If urgent, you may call up the US CBP to get confirmation.
