for my specific case, i'm thinking more like august.
i usually tag 1 extra week around any holidays since people take a couple extra days off to make a vacation out of it. july 1 was canada day, and then there is july 4th holiday. so, according to my formula, there will be a 2 week delay for all cic activities in july.
