online visitor visa application...PDF files?

Hi there

I am trying to apply for visitor visa for my parents but I cant upload my PDF files because it always says incorrect file format...So frustrating...I have tried different ways to create proper PDF files but it didnt work. There is no problem for word format. Give me solutions...Please...Thanks

i had somewhat similar situation and it seems using Google chrome browser rather than Mozilla or IE resolved my issues.

of course, keep the file size to the limit recommended

Thanks It is good point and I will download new browser to try it. I can even download application form because it always says that my Adobe Reader version too low. Unbelievable, I use the latest version already. Anyway, thanks again. Hope new browser can save me.

Save the PDFs on hard drive and open from drive in native Acrobat reader, not in reader embedded in browser
