Online Test Invite for Mississauga Applicants

Hi

Has anyone from Mississauga or who has their application processed there receive a test invite ?
I called up IRCC 2 weeks back and the agent there happened to mention that Mississauga office has not started to send online test invites. I wanted to check if that has changed. Scarborough center has started sending out invites since the beginning of the year.
