Online submission of documents

Hi everyone,

I submitted the marriage certificate and the English translation of that online few days back as I didn't want to take a chance the mail and I had sent the other documents through Canada post and they have been delivered and I mentioned in the cover letter that the marriage certificate has been submitted online with the translation. The cover letter I am referring to is the one I had sent with the documents that were submitted through post. So my question is that do I need to submit a paper copy of the marriage certificate and the English translation to CIC or is the online submission would be enough to move the case forward? I'd much appreciate the help from you guys.

I am not entirely sure what you mean but if you have sent your marriage documents that they requested via one method (eg online) there is no need to send exactly the same thing via postal mail.
