Hello, I am trying to pay the fees online for the Family sponsorship with a Scotia bank credit card but it keeps saying transaction declined. I tried paying numerous times already and keeps declining. There's no problem with the card and I can't pay with my debit since I don't have enough in it. Is there any other way to pay? Or help on this situation.
You cant pay with a visa debit. Only credit cards. I believe there is a way to go into a bank and pay but im not sure about it
