OK, so I want to pay online and the CIC site at https://services3.cic.gc.ca/epayweb/faq.jsp;jsessionid=D0694013FD1330B37F13C323F10671D3 says "Only clients sending applications to one of the three case processing centres in Canada can use this service to pay their fees".
I'll obviously be sending my SPONSORSHIP application to Canada, and I've been informed that I should send my wife's immigration application along with it, to be forwarded to Singapore after the sponsorship application is processed. But the IMMIGRATION application is not going to be processed in Canada... so do I pay for everything online? Or do I have to do some sort of weird split payment, where I pay for myself via Canada's online payment system, and for my wife's application in Singapore?
No, you're sending it to Canada. The office in Canada is sending it to Singapore. So that means that you should pay the whole thing online, because you are not sending it to Singapore yourself.
If you were doing something other than a family class application, then you'd have to send it directly to Singapore and you wouldn't be able to pay online. I realize that it's very confusing. I was so confused myself, but just pay the whole thing online and send the stuff off to Mississauga.
I'm sending my sponsorship application to Vegreville and I want to pay the fees online.
Should I pay it to Vegreville, since that's where I will send the application, or to Mississauga because I live in Ontario..?
