Online Fees payment- CIC made mistake

Hello all,
I have concern ...
1) Why do I have to submit IMM5620E-Fee Payment form when I will be applying online?
2) I think CIC made a mistake regarding principal applicant fees... What do you think?

According to online calculator:
Principal applicant fee $475
spouse: $550
child: $150
Total: $1175

According to paper option (as indicated on IMM5620E)
Principal applicant fee $550
spouse: $550
child: $150
Total: $1250

That's the application fee for 'Family Class' immigration.

spouse: $550
child: $150
Total: $1175

According to paper option (as indicated on IMM5620E)
Principal applicant fee $550
spouse: $550
child: $150
Total: $1250

The last one's correct.
$550 for yourself, $550 for your spouse and $150 for the child.
