I experienced the same situation, however I tried the next day and it was working and I did the exam. It is ok to contact IRCC but keep trying to access the test, it may work

I am on the same boat, my test window starts at May 14, 12:00 AM, I have been trying til now, but still doesnt work.

Anyone have an idea how long does it take for tracker to get updated? Passed my test yesterday (June 2020 applicant).

The most common timeline (it can change); it about two weeks after your test window is closed you should get an interview invite. 1 or two days after the interview the status should change to DM. after that another 2 to three weeks for the oath invite. normally the oath is one week after the invite.

So basically

3 weeks TEst Window
3 Weeks Interview Invite
1 week Interview
2 days DM
2 Weeks Oath Invite
1 Week Invite

Safe bet is 10 to 12 weeks...

Same date and time for me. But I took my test at 12:30am and link worked fine. Passed 20/20. Maybe check with IRCC

Hi everyone ! Am just wondering I did apply for my citizenship in July 2019 and also on2020 I did fingerprint and as showing now it’s completed I don’t know how long it take more to get the test I can’t wait and also have question on IRCC page every time it show finalize as now may 5 and 11 is mean soon will get my turn ? Please Can any one answer my question thank u

Has anyone had an issue where the status online shows the individual is scheduled for an online Citizenship Test and its status is In Progress but have not received an interview invitation email from IRCC? What have you done to fix this issue? Also, are you able to sign in to Online Test prior to your eligibility date or does it have to be exactly from the eligibility date onwards? Asking on behalf of a friend. Please advise.

I received test invitation email 2 days before my test window started. test link will state that you have not been invited or your time frame for test has not been started if you log in to take the test beforehand. you can open the link given in email letter to get information of how to take test, how to take ID picture and your own picture etc but you can access test only after eligible date.

If the Citizenship Test says "In Progress" and you haven't received a test invite, you should wait for one. It could mean that the applicant is test ready and is in queue for a test invitation to be sent shortly. Make sure you check junk/spam folder regularly.
